Mark is the founder, CEO & President of Guardian Grange. He served 9 years as a U.S. Navy SEAL completing 2 combat deployments to Iraq, and trained the west coast SEAL Teams in urban warfare & direct action combat skills. After service, he co-founded a fintech startup in the foreign currency space and studied Communication at San Diego State University. He founded Guardian Grange to help facilitate veteran healing through nature and building regenerative communities to grow what he calls the soil-based economy.

Joe founded SK Builders, a professional construction management company that has performed on many commercial and industrial projects in the Bay Area. An experienced project manager, Joe has successfully grown and managed dedicated teams of skilled professionals providing unequivocal excellence and satisfaction for his clients from project initiation through completion. His experience managing construction crews and corporate meetings makes him an excellent choice for Chairman of the Guardian Grange board.

Ryan served eight years as a U.S. Navy SEAL completing 3 combat deployments to Iraq. In 2005, while manning a Humvee turret gun, his vehicle was hit by an IED (improvised explosive device) throwing him from the vehicle in a ball of fire while his team members suffered burn and blast injuries. After leaving service, he founded Sons of the Flag as a nonprofit resource for burn survivors. Since then he authored a book and founded other nonprofit ventures to continue his passion to serve.
